Shipping Policy

ORDERS PLACED IN THE USA


We process orders in 1-2 business days.  
USA orders should arrive in 7-10 business days. KatanaBlaze is a small business  that manually fulfills all orders in Miami, Fl.


ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE USA

 
We work to process international orders in 3-5 business days, however, please note that your orders may take up to 20-45 business days to pass through every import destination and ultimately arrive to your doorstep. In addition, please note that international orders typically process through customs specific to its destination. Every Country has different customs and your item may be held up for varying degrees of time. Please contact your local shipping service if you believe that your item is being held up in customs.


Aside from items specifically promised as $10.00USD flat rate shipping, very rarely, a remaining shipping inquiry may be disclosed to you by one of our support agents. If this is a problem and you cannot pay, please contact us via email. However, your final shipping cost may vary depending on courier requests independent from KatanaBlaze. We are not able to intervene or change said costs. 

 
CUSTOMS  
You, as the customer, are responsible for paying ALL customs and import fees, including your local taxes which are unassociated with KatanaBlaze. You are responsible for ensuring your domestic law prior to making any purchase from KatanaBlaze. Importing swords, whether edged or not, might be restricted or prohibited in some countries. If you are not sure about your local law, please ask your law enforcement agency, police department, or customs office. 


We are not responsible legally, financially, or otherwise if your customs agency seizes the item you purchased. By placing an order, this indicates that you verified import status. You are the one that is responsible to ensure that your purchased item is allowed to import.


 
WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION 
We make our shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you are to inform us immediately regarding a correction to your error. If the order has not shipped out yet, we can fix this for you at no additional cost. If it has shipped, please contact the courier immediately to prevent complications, and inform us of the error. We are not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error.


If your item is returned to our warehouse by the courier due to customer error, you will be invoiced a resend fee and be bound by the regular processing times.
 
IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT
Courier delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and typically arrives the following day. 
Based on the courier used to ship, we recommend contacting your local USPS post office or the UPS Customer Center. Local courier offices will be able to provide quicker, more up to date service. If they have no information, if you filed a claim, or you have any other questions, please contact us. We are happy to assist with requests from the courier in their efforts to locate your package.
